Troubleshooting
The configurator shows no items
- Check that your catalog contains entries.
- Make sure at least one flooring item is set to Active.
- Check that the catalog items have a valid Shopify variant GID.
The block doesn't appear in the theme editor
- Your theme must support app blocks (Online Store 2.0).
- In the editor, search Add section/block for "4Sellers Floor Configurator".
"Add to cart" does nothing or items are missing
- Check that the linked variants are in stock and active.
- Reload the page and try again.
The cart doesn't update automatically
- Some themes require a page reload. The purchase is still correct in the cart.
Error when saving an item in the admin
- If saving shows a notice about a missing metaobject definition, the app setup isn't complete yet. Contact Support.
