Troubleshooting

The configurator shows no items

  • Check that your catalog contains entries.
  • Make sure at least one flooring item is set to Active.
  • Check that the catalog items have a valid Shopify variant GID.

The block doesn't appear in the theme editor

  • Your theme must support app blocks (Online Store 2.0).
  • In the editor, search Add section/block for "4Sellers Floor Configurator".

"Add to cart" does nothing or items are missing

  • Check that the linked variants are in stock and active.
  • Reload the page and try again.

The cart doesn't update automatically

  • Some themes require a page reload. The purchase is still correct in the cart.

Error when saving an item in the admin

  • If saving shows a notice about a missing metaobject definition, the app setup isn't complete yet. Contact Support.
