What data does the app process?​

The 4Sellers Floor Configurator stores no personal customer data. It processes only:

  • the configurator catalog you maintain (materials, dimensions, prices) as Shopify metaobjects,
  • a technical Shopify session (access token) to communicate with your store.

The customer's configuration (floor plan, selection) is attached to the cart line as a line-item note and remains in your Shopify store.

GDPR mandatory webhooks​

The app supports Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact). Since no customer data is stored, access and erasure requests are satisfied by default; on uninstall the technical session is removed.
