Using the configurator

Here's how your customers experience the configurator – a guided wizard in four steps.

Step 1: Floor plan

The customer picks a base shape and adjusts the dimensions. Edges can be dragged directly with the mouse to set the area to the millimeter.

Step 2: Edges

Each edge is marked as wall, skirting or heading trim. From this the configurator determines the required trims.

Step 3: Substructure

The customer sets the laying direction and grid and chooses the substructure (beam, start and end profile). The configurator respects the beams' allowable span.

Step 4: Result & cart

The configurator shows the itemized list with quantities and prices. With one click, all matching items are added to the cart together; the chosen configuration is saved as a line-item note.

After adding

The cart updates automatically. In common themes the cart drawer opens or the header count increases.
